Q1 2025 investment volume rose 14% year-over-year to $88 billion, according to CBRE. A few standout trends:

• Single-asset transactions grew 23% to $68 billion
• Portfolio sales jumped 49% to $17 billion
• Trailing one-year investment volume reached $408 billion – its highest level since 2023
